Who is it for?
Women with a range of issues including temperature balance, mood swings, emotional distress, poor sleeping patterns, fatigue, pre-menstrual issues, and dry skin.
How does it work?
Manhae combines several nutrients that work together with your hormonal system, helping balance your body and stabilise mood, nourish and soften the skin, and steadily return your whole being to a state of equilibrium.
What's in it?
Endophospholipides® 15mg (exclusive to Laboratoires Nutrisanté) - Long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA & DHA) from marine origin combined with phospholipids, which supports a natural hormonal balance.
Vit B9 180ug, Iron 5.7mg - Providing dual anti-fatigue properties, promoting physical and psychological wellbeing.

How effective is it?
A study carried out by the Biological Research Institute in France showed Manhae was effective for 87% of users.
Directions: Take 1 capsule with the main meal. For optimal results, a 4 month course is recommended. One pack contains 60 capsules and will last 2 months.
